Returns Policy

We do offer a 7 (business) day return policy on all products bought from us. We will refund any product in full (shipping fee excluded), if it is returned within 7 business days from date of delivery, and has not been damaged, broken or alternated in any way.

No returns will be facilitated for any product damaged or alternated after delivery.

Damaged, faulty or alternated products should be reported immediately to both the driver responsible for delivery, and us at info@yonkeonline.co.za or Whatsapp on 0827826980.

If possible, please also send us photos of the damages with delivery.

The courier company responsible for delivery should acknowledge the damage in writing before leaving - SO PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PRODUCTS THOROUGHLY WHEN DELIVERED, as most of these products are 'fragile' goods.

Please note that a returns fee (shipping cost) may apply for your account, and will be deducted from your refund.

The applicable refund will be paid to your bank account, as soon as the product has been received back by us, inspected and cleared for any damages.
